All products on our website are linked to a live stock system, so you can buy with confidence.
Please note that our website will only add products to the basket if they are in stock.
If you require a large quantity of an item/s, or an item that is showing as out of stock, please get in touch and we can provide an estimated lead time before taking your order.
You will be given all available postage options once you reach the checkout stage.
Enter your delivery postcode in the delivery address section and the postage will be calculated.
All delivery options and charges are clearly shown in the basket prior to completing your purchase.
We offer a free delivery option for most items over £19. Larger items will incur a surcharge (see below).
Delivery times shown are estimates of how long the delivery will take in working days. We will often outperform these delivery times, however, due to circumstances beyond our control there could occasionally be a delay in delivery.
Please allow for extra delivery times if you live in the UK Highlands or Islands.
We are currently unable to fulfil orders to countries outside the UK, including the Channel Islands.
Large Item Surcharges
Due to the size of certain items (such as paddles and kayaks) we may be unable to offer our normal delivery rates, so a delivery surcharge will be applied at the checkout.
The cost of delivery will be clearly shown at the checkout basket before you complete your purchase.
Click & Collect Only Items
Due to the size of some items we may be unable to ship via our usual couriers. This is clearly shown on the item page, and you will only be given the option to "Click And Collect" your order in store.
There is no additional charge for collecting in person, and the delivery cost will be shown as free during the checkout procedure.

Receiving your item
When you receive your item(s), please check to see if there is any damage, once the drivers manifest has been signed it voids any insurance claim. If you are unsure sign as "damaged", this will allow you/us make a claim later on if required.
If you suspect that your goods are damaged please take the time to check the items with the driver present or refuse the package and ask the courier to return to sender.
