Deliveries and Returns
Our aim is for every customer to want to shop again on our website. To do this we have to be better than the rest, it's that simple.
All products on our website are linked to a live stock system, so you can buy with confidence.
Please note that our website will only add products to the basket if they are in stock.
If you require a larger quantity of an item, or an item that is showing as out of stock, please get in touch and we can provide an estimate lead time and take your order.
Escape Watersports cannot be responsible for the performance of the courier delivery service.
You will be given available postage options once you reach the checkout stage, and enter your delivery postcode.
All delivery options and charges are clearly shown in the basket prior to completing your purchase.
Delivery times shown are estimates of how long the delivery will take in working days. We will often outperform these delivery times, however, due to circumstances beyond our control there could occasionally be a delay in delivery.
Please allow for extra delivery times if you live in the UK Highlands or Islands.
When selecting UK Delivery Courier, the term "Next Working Day" applies to orders placed before 12pm.
If the order is placed after 12pm, it may be dispatched the following working day via this service.
Please be aware that we can not guarantee delivery times when sending orders via a"Next Working Day" service.
Where ever possible we will dispatch your entire order as one consignment. However, as we have several stock locations, there may be occasions where your order is dispatched in separate parts.
Free delivery is available on orders over £99 to selected European countries, on selected items.
Free delivery charges do not apply to larger items, such as boats, boards, and paddles.
Once you have selected your items, go to the checkout basket and choose your delivery country, and the total shipping price will be shown.
You do not have to create an account or log in to do this.

Collection Only Items
Due to the size of some items we may be unable to ship via our usual couriers. This is clearly shown on the item page, and you will only be given the option to "Click And Collect" your order in store.
There is no additional charge for collecting in person, and the delivery cost will be shown as free during the checkout procedure.
If you buy a collection only product online, you are agreeing to pick up from the below address.

Selected kayaks are available for delivery to UK addresses only.
We do not currently offer a kayak delivery service to addresses outside the UK.
We take care to package all kayaks properly before they leave our warehouse, to help prevent any damage during transit.
Please be aware that you may find some cosmetic damage still occurs during transit (e.g. small scratches in the plastic) but this will not affect the performance of the kayak, and is likely to be far worse the first time you launch it on the water!
If your kayak does arrive with signs of damage, please make sure to sign for it as damaged.
If you do not sign for your kayak as damaged when receiving it, we may be unable to process a claim later on.
If you have any concerns about the delivery process, please contact us before making your purchase.
Receiving your item
When you receive your item(s), please check to see if there is any damage, once the drivers manifest has been signed it voids any insurance claim. If you are unsure sign as "damaged", this will allow you/us make a claim later on if required.
If you suspect that your goods are damaged please take the time to check the items with the driver present or refuse the package and ask the courier to return to sender.

Returns and Refunds
If you find that your item is not suitable, you have the right to return it to us within 30 days.
- The item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of goods.
- The item must be unused, undamaged and with original labels and packaging.
- You will receive a returns slip with your order for use when returning your item(s).
If you do not have this returns slip, please print and complete our RETURNS FORM instead and include it with your item(s).
Please consider the environment when printing. You do not need to include both the returns slip and returns form when returning your item.
- Any items returned in an acceptable condition, without specifying your desired returns action, will be refunded.
- Please note that you are responsible for any return postage cost. If you are returning the goods in person to our showroom, no charge applies.
- You must contact us prior to returning faulty goods.
- Return delivery will not be charged as long as the returned goods are clean and free from dirt to comply with current Health and Safety Regulations.
- For warranty claims, please fill in our warranty form online.
- We will refund the price you originally paid for each item you return, provided it meets the criteria listed above.
- Refunds will not include any additional delivery charges you have selected at point of checkout. You will only be refunded for the standard delivery cost available for your order.
The above does not affect your statutory rights.
Kokatat Drysuits - Free 7 Day Returns
We offer a 7 day free returns period for selected Kokatat drysuits only.
The 7 day free returns period starts from the day the item is received and signed for, as shown by the courier’s tracking confirmation. Once outside this period, the cost of return postage is at the buyer’s expense, as per our usual terms and conditions.
Please contact us to organise your free return within 7 days of receiving your Kokatat drysuit, and if you have any further questions.
