Deliveries and Returns
Our aim is for every customer to want to shop again on our website. To do this we have to be better than the rest, it's that simple.
All products on our website are linked to a live stock system, so you can buy with confidence.
Please note that our website will only add products to the basket if they are in stock.
If you require a larger quantity of an item, or an item that is showing as out of stock, please get in touch and we can provide an estimate lead time and take your order.
We make it our daily mission to dispatch items on the day they are ordered where possible.
Escape Watersports cannot be responsible for the performance of the courier delivery service.
We have spent a lot of time looking for the best courier providers, who pride themselves on delivering your goods in a time scale and condition you would expect.
We aim to dispatch our products on the same working day using a range of selected couriers, so we can give you the best service possible no matter what you order.
This excludes boats and boards (see item page for delivery terms and conditions).
Free delivery is available for UK orders over £9 on selected items.
Our delivery charges are clearly shown in the basket.
If you require clarification of a shipping price, please place all items in the basket and enter your country and postcode.
Charges will be applied and clearly shown once your postcode has been entered.
There is no need for you to register to do this.
We use a variety of couriers to get the best service possible for each order, however as a guide, we aim to ship your order using the following methods:

Please allow for extra delivery times if you live in the UK Highlands or Islands.
Free delivery is available on orders over £99 to selected countries, on selected items.
This does not include larger items, such as boats, boards, and paddles.
Once you have selected your items and put them in the basket, choose your delivery country and a shipping cost will be shown. You do not have to create an account or log in to do this.

If the country you would like delivery to is not mentioned on our website please contact us to discuss a bespoke quote for delivery.
Due to the size of some items we may be unable to ship via our usual couriers. This is clearly shown on the item page, and a drop down option for "collection only" will have to be selected before purchasing.
There is no additional charge for collecting in person, and the delivery cost will be shown as free during the checkout procedure.

Receiving your item
When you receive your item(s), please check to see if there is any damage, once the drivers manifest has been signed it voids any insurance claim. If you are unsure sign as "Damaged", this will make it easier to make a claim later on if needs be.
If you suspect that your goods are damaged please take the time to check the items with the driver present or refuse the package and ask the courier to return to sender.
Please contact Escape Watersports as soon as possible so we can send you a replacement.
If you have any further questions regarding delivery or anything else please don't hesitate to contact us.
If you find that your item is not suitable, you have the right to return it to us.
- The item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days (extended for Christmas period - 60 days from 1st November)
- The item must be unused, undamaged and with original labels and packaging.
- You will have received a returns slip with your order for use when returning your item(s).
If you do not have this returns slip, please print and complete our RETURNS FORM instead and include it with your item(s).
Please consider the environment. You do not need to include both slips when returning your item.
- Any items returned in an acceptable condition, without specifying a desired returns action, will be automatically refunded.
- Please note that you are responsible for any return postage cost.
- When returning your goods please consider using Royal Mail, Hermes, Collect + or a 3rd party carrier to save yourself additional expense.
- If you are returning the goods in person to our showroom, no charge applies.

- You must contact us prior to returning faulty goods.
- Return delivery will not be charged as long as the returned goods are clean and free from dirt to comply with current Health and Safety Regulations.
