I had to get a new bouyancy aid and I wanted one that wouldn’t make me look like any more of a chump. It’s a brilliant fit, even for a “portly” gentleman. I was using this for Canadian Canoeing and a bit of deep water swimming. Great design, the front pocket for putting me mobile in was just right. I think at the moment use of bouyancy aids is like the wearing of seatbelts when the laws first changed. For me it’s about one thing - giving myself a chance to get rescued if I need help - before I end up dead…. I’d much rather wear one and not need it than fall in and be like…..☠️

It was a real nightmare trying to find anything higher than a 50N PFD. These came up trumps with a good product that really does the job in the water (which I capsized into the first time I wore it!). I feel reassured wearing it - this is key to enjoying my time on the water.

The description on the website talks about a fleece lined hand warming pocket. This BA does not have such a pocket. Despite me pointing this out, the incorrect description is still on the website.
