Returns

How do I return something?

If you find that your item is not suitable (e.g. it doesn't fit, or it's not what you expected) you have the right to return it to us.

The item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of goods.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and with original labels and packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. (See below for information on purchasing our own returns label).

You will receive a returns slip with your order for use when returning your item(s) to us. This already has your order information on it ready for us to use.

If you do not have this returns form, you can print out and complete a returns form and include it with your item(s).

Please consider the environment before printing. If you already have a returns slip that came with the parcel, you do not need to print this one as well.

What's the return address?

All returns should be sent to our warehouse.

How long does it take to refund me?

It can take between 1 - 5 days for the refund to be processed back to your account.

We will refund the price you originally paid for each item you return, provided it meets the criteria listed above.

Refunds will not include any additional delivery charges you have selected at point of checkout. You will only be refunded for the standard delivery cost available for your order.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Labels

How do I get a £3 returns label?

We've partnered with Royal Mail so we can offer our customers an easy solution for returning orders to us.

Start generating your paid returns label by clicking here and choosing your preferred options.

This service costs £3.00. If you use our Royal Mail returns label to return an order, £3 will be deducted from your total refund.

[Example: If the total value of your return is £10, when you use our  Royal Mail label we will refund you £7.]

This returns label can only be used with parcels that are within the dimensions shown on the returns page. For parcels larger than this, you must use another method to return to us.

Dangerous goods can not be sent back using the method. This includes products that contain a CO₂ gas cylinder.

You can choose to drop your parcel off at a Royal Mail location, or opt for a collection service.

If you do not have a printer at home, there are options available that do not require a printer.

NOTE: It can sometimes take 30 minutes for your label to be generated by Royal Mail.

My returns label hasn't been sent to me yet?

Please allow up to an hour for the returns label to be generated on the Royal Mail site. The QR code and a label will be emailed to you.

This is out of our control unfortunately, and at busy periods it can take a little time for a label to come through from Royal Mai.

If it's been a few hours though, get in touch with us or try again. You won't be billed more than once for using a label.

Do I have to use your label?

No you don't have to use our £3 returns label. You can source your own method of getting your items back to us, at your own cost.

Faulty Products / Warranties

What if I have a faulty product?

If you have a problem with an item you have bought, please fill in our ONLINE WARRANTY FORM, and one of our team will help you.

Return delivery will not be charged as long as the returned goods are clean and free from dirt to comply with current Health and Safety Regulations.

Please contact us prior to returning your item, so that we can provide a returns reference number. 

Exchanges

Can I exchange my item instead?

We are unable to offer exchanges.

Any items returned to us will be refunded.

If you require a different size or product please place a new order for this separately

Returns Policy

Returning Unwanted Goods
If you find that your item is not suitable, you have the right to return it to us within 30 days of receiving it.
The item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of goods.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and with original labels and packaging.

Please be aware that it can take up to 5 days to process your returns once it arrives at our warehouse.

We are unable to offer exchanges. Any items returned to us will be refunded.
If you require a different size or product, please place a new order for this separately. 

You will receive a returns form with your order for use when returning your item(s).
If you do not have this returns form, please print out and complete a returns form and include it with your item(s).

Dangerous Goods
When sending back dangerous goods, such as items containing CO₂ gas cylinders, you must use a courier service that allows this item.

If you use a courier service that does not allow dangerous goods, the courier may destroy the parcel before it gets back to us.
A refund will not be given in this situation.

Faulty Goods
If you have a problem with an item you have bought, please fill in our online warranty form, and one of our team will help you.

eBay Returns
Returns must be processed using the eBay returns function.

Please start a return for your item on your eBay account before returning it to us. 
We are unable to offer exchanges for item purchased through our eBay store, all returns will be refunded.
