I never thought a better paddle would make such a big difference. It takes much less effort to paddle my usual route now. I'm 6'2" and I paddle a recreational kayak with a 52 cm cockpit. The 230 cm paddle is a good length for me. Being able to try different feather angles has been great. Now that I've dialed in the most comfortable setting, I'm splashing a lot less.

A great paddle, I use it for sea kayaking when I'm out all day. Conserves a lot of energy but only sacrifices a little speed.

I'm not an expert paddler. Just a 77 year old with a low paddling angle who spends an hour or so outward bound (and obviously a similar time coming back) in sometimes some quite choppy & windyish estuary water. This paddle is lightweight and easy to use & came at a very competitive price compared to similar products. Like it very much.
