Elastic had gone around the bottom of the buoyancy aid on arrival had to send back sent back as free return but still had postage deducted from refund despite it being faulty. Would avoid company due to this.

Hi there, I am sorry to hear your postage was deducted from your refund. We have looked into this and can see the buoyancy aid was not marked as faulty on the returns form, which was sent back with the item, so our returns team were not aware of the issue.
