By entering a competition, or by posting any images on Escape Watersports social media pages, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below:
- Escape Watersports will not be held accountable or liable for the images posted by entrants, and we reserve the right to remove any posts deemed inappropriate at our discretion
- Escape Watersports is permitted to use the entrant's names and images posted for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes without remuneration to the entrant.
- All prizes are non-transferable and non–redeemable for cash.
- Any competition held by Escape Watersports on a social media platform, has no affiliation with that respective social media platform.
- There is no guaranteed delivery date for any prizes won, and some prizes may be subject to additional lead times.
